BEHIND THE MUSIC

Jordy Riv or Chayse M. Jarvis was born in the town of Keene, NH. Residing in a little town known as Newfane, VT for the majority of his life, he grew up in an athletic background. Banking on sports scholarships and athletics to lead the way of life, Jordy Riv fell into music late into his high school years. Beginning as Lil J, music began to shape a way of life that could not be turned away from. After graduating high school Jordy Riv changed his name in hopes to find a better way of living and producing his love of music. Soon after he began to attend Lyndon State College as a Music Business Major where his love for music and his idolized artist Wiz started to provoke new styles and many changes. This has brought Jordy Riv to where he is today. Touring, producing and creating all of his own music single handedly. Down to earth and proclaiming his love for "reefer" you couldn't ask for a better head to chill with.
